Building stronger roots
for future generations.
Rooted in Grace & Purpose strengthens people, families, and communities by connecting practical support with relationships, skills, resources, exposure, and opportunities that help people move forward.
Rooted in Grace & Purpose exists to strengthen individuals, families, and communities through holistic, trauma-informed support, meaningful relationships, practical resources, and opportunities that help people heal, grow, build stability, expand their possibilities, and create stronger futures for generations to come.
We serve individuals and families whose challenges often overlap: emotional wellness, relationships, finances, employment, and major life transitions. Rather than responding to a single crisis and moving on, we take a holistic approach that helps people heal, build skills, access resources, develop confidence, and discover what is possible for their lives.
A different kind of approach.
Research-Informed, Community-Responsive
RGP combines established research and practice with community voice, local information, participant feedback, and ongoing evaluation.
We Look at the Whole Picture
RGP understands that different parts of life are interconnected rather than treating one challenge in isolation.
We Connect Support With Possibility
The work can include immediate support while also helping people build skills, relationships, access, exposure, and pathways forward.
We Build Networks That Can Keep Growing
Relationships with mentors, professionals, educators, employers, families, volunteers, organizations, and other community members can increase access while creating opportunities that can eventually extend to others.
Our Five Pillars
Our work is organized across five interconnected areas that reflect the many parts of life that influence stability, growth, opportunity, relationships, and long-term well-being.
Trauma-informed support, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and family strengthening through life's difficult transitions.
Life skills, education, confidence, and preparation for life's transitions, plus exposure to new experiences and possibilities.
Financial literacy, workforce development, career readiness, and tools for economic stability and mobility.
Meaningful relationships, mentorship, resource navigation, and networks that bridge people to opportunity.
Purpose discovery, leadership development, mentorship, intergenerational connection, and legacy.
Three primary program areas.
Each area connects to the five pillars and to the broader network of relationships and opportunities.
